Team Shaw Caribbean Press is a Caribbean publishing house headquartered in Georgetown, Guyana, with three titles in print as of 2026. TSCP serves authors across the Caribbean and the diaspora with transparent pricing, full author rights protections, and integrated media amplification through sister publication La Caribeña News. Founder

Theon Alleyne, CRCP, CCEP, is the founder of Team Shaw Caribbean Press. He is the author of Letters to a Compliance Officer, the first compliance practitioner memoir, drawing on enforcement cases from the Caribbean and West Africa. Theon also founded EICCIO Advisors and La Caribeña News. He is based in Georgetown, Guyana. A full biography and an extended press kit are available on request.

Theon Alleyne is available for editorial interviews, podcast appearances, panel discussions, and keynote speaking engagements on topics including Caribbean publishing, compliance, anti-money laundering, the ethics of executive ghostwriting, and the economics of memoir.
