Shaw Authority Package: Full ghostwriting with the TSCP imprint and LCN amplification
Full ghostwriting for Caribbean executives. GYD 1,500,000 covers 8-12 hours of interviews, manuscript creation, premium production, and LCN amplification.
Full ghostwriting with the TSCP imprint and LCN amplification.
The Shaw Authority Package is for the Caribbean executive, the senior professional, and the public figure who needs a book to anchor a career. We sit with you for eight to twelve hours of recorded interviews, build the manuscript from there, and publish it under the Team Shaw Caribbean imprint with full La Caribeña News amplification. The book carries your name on the cover. You keep the copyright. You keep one hundred percent of royalties. The contract makes it stick.
The price.
GYD 1,500,000. Or USD 7,500 for international authors.
Payment is split fifty-fifty. Fifty percent deposit begins the interview phase. The remaining fifty percent is due at the final-proof signature gate, the moment you approve the manuscript for printing.
On this tier, we will discuss extended installment terms on request. We accept MMG+, bank transfer, Stripe-processed card payments, and international wire transfer.
Who this package is for.
The Caribbean executive whose career is the story. The senior banker, the regulator, the cabinet minister, the entrepreneur, the C-suite leader of a regional firm. The reader who needs your book is not a stranger. The reader is the next person in your industry who is about to make the decisions you have already made, and the reader is the journalist, the analyst, and the academic who needs an authoritative account of how those decisions were made.
This package is for the leader whose calendar will not allow them to sit and draft a manuscript over the next eighteen months but whose name on a book would change the trajectory of a board seat, a media platform, a global speaking circuit, or a legacy that outlasts the corner office.
It is also for the senior public figure who knows that the next decade of writing about them will happen with or without their input, and who would rather author the version of the story they would want their grandchildren to read.
This package is not the right fit for the first-time emotional memoirist. Professional Launch handles that with more care. It is also not the right fit if you can carve out the time to draft the book yourself. The interview-driven model exists because you cannot.
What you get.
Eight to twelve hours of recorded structured interviews. We come to you, in Georgetown, in Port of Spain, in London, in New York, wherever the schedule fits. Interview sessions are scheduled in two-to-three-hour blocks across four to six visits, depending on your availability. Every session is transcribed.
Full manuscript creation. A senior writer drafts the book from the transcripts and your supporting materials. Target length is forty thousand to sixty thousand words. You are involved at every chapter checkpoint.
The full editorial pipeline. Developmental edit. Copy edit. Proofread. Same rigorous international best practices editorial review from our global team that every TSCP book receives.
A premium cover. Three design directions presented, refined to a final cover the executive market will respect.
Interior formatting for hardcover, paperback, and ebook. Premium typography. Endnotes, bibliography, and indexing where the book calls for them.
Global distribution. Amazon Kindle. Amazon paperback. Apple Books. Kobo. IngramSpark for global bookstore and library coverage, in paperback and hardcover. Books2Read universal link generated.
One hundred paperback copies and twenty-five hardcover copies shipped to your delivery address.
An Amazon Bestseller campaign. A coordinated launch push designed to place the book in Amazon's Top 100 of at least one relevant category in the first week, with reviewer outreach and influencer coordination in support.
Full La Caribeña News amplification. A written profile. An on-camera or audio interview. Launch-day coverage in the LCN newsletter and across LCN social channels. Standing access to LCN coverage when news in your field aligns with the book.
Launch event coordination. We help plan and stage a launch event, either in Georgetown or wherever your audience is, with vendor coordination, press list, and run-of-show.
Six months of post-launch support. Ongoing marketing advice, periodic LCN features, reader engagement help, and reissue strategy. We do not vanish at the launch.
Timeline.

The imprint and the rights structure.
This is the only TSCP tier where the Team Shaw Caribbean imprint sits on the spine of the book. That is by design. An imprint on a serious nonfiction book signals to retailers, libraries, and reviewers that the work passed through a publisher's editorial filter. It is part of what makes the launch credible.
The imprint structure does not transfer ownership of the book to us. The contract makes this explicit and enforceable. You retain copyright in your name. You retain one hundred percent of royalties from every platform. The book belongs to you in every commercial and legal sense.
What we own is the imprint identity itself. What we provide under that identity is the editorial filter, the production, and the launch.
The contract includes an imprint-transfer clause. If Team Shaw Caribbean Press ceases operations for any reason at any time, all rights revert immediately and automatically to you, with no fee, no contest, and no friction. You receive the production files, the ISBN, the distribution-account access, and a transferable letter confirming that the imprint right reverts to you. You can republish the book under your own name or move it to another publisher within thirty days of our notice. This is in writing in your contract. We can show you the clause before you sign.
How Shaw Authority protects you.
You retain copyright in your name on the manuscript and the published book.
You receive one hundred percent of royalties from every platform that sells the book. The platforms pay you. We do not sit in the middle of your royalty flow.
We do not take a percentage cut at any point in the lifetime of the book. The price on this page is the total publisher fee.
Nothing publishes without your signed approval at the chapter checkpoint, editorial, design, and final-proof gates.
The imprint-transfer clause protects your rights forever. If TSCP ceases operations, all rights revert to you immediately with no fee. The clause is in your contract before you sign.
Confidentiality.
The interview transcripts, the draft manuscript, the recorded sessions, and the discussions with our team are confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is part of the standard contract for this tier. The ghostwriter, the editor, and the production team work under that NDA. We do not name Shaw Authority clients publicly without your written permission. If you would prefer the book be published without TSCP listing it in our public author roster, we will respect that choice and the book still gets the same care.
What our authors say.
[TBD — Testimonials to be added as the first three Shaw Authority Package authors complete and review their books. Plan to populate this block by Phase 3. Confidentiality permitting, prioritize testimonials from named, senior figures whose endorsement carries weight in the executive market.]
Frequently asked questions about the Shaw Authority Package.
What is included in the Shaw Authority Package?
Eight to twelve hours of recorded interviews. A senior writer drafts the manuscript at forty thousand to sixty thousand words. Full editorial pipeline. Premium cover. Hardcover, paperback, and ebook production. Global distribution across Amazon, IngramSpark, Apple Books, and Kobo. One hundred paperback copies and twenty-five hardcover copies shipped to your address. Amazon Bestseller campaign. Full La Caribeña News profile, interview, and launch coverage. Launch event coordination. Six months of post-launch support. Sixteen to twenty weeks from contract to launch. Price is GYD 1,500,000 or USD 7,500, payable fifty-fifty.
How does the imprint-transfer clause work on the Shaw Authority Package specifically?
The Shaw Authority Package is the one tier where the TSCP imprint sits on the spine. That creates a specific risk profile that the imprint-transfer clause is built to address. If you choose to leave TSCP at any time after publication, the imprint transfers to you within thirty days of your written notice. You receive a transferable letter confirming the imprint right reverts to you, full distribution-account access, the production files, the ISBN, and the metadata. You can keep the book on the market under our imprint, move it to your own imprint, or take it to another publisher. We have no claim on future royalties and no claim on the manuscript. For the general right-to-leave terms that apply across every tier, see the author rights page.
What if I want to publish the book anonymously or under a pen name?
Common in this tier. Shaw Authority Package authors include several who publish under pen names, anonymously, or with their identity disclosed only to a narrow professional audience. The contract allows for any of these arrangements. The interviews remain confidential under the standard NDA. The ISBN is registered to whatever name you choose. The author bio is whatever you authorize. La Caribeña News coverage can be coordinated with or without a public byline on you, depending on how you want the launch to read. We have worked with senior figures who needed the book to exist but did not want their name on the cover. We will respect that decision and design the launch accordingly.
What is the La Caribeña News integration?
La Caribeña News is the Caribbean-focused regional business and editorial outlet operated by the same group as TSCP. Authority Standard and Shaw Authority Package authors receive a launch profile in LCN, an on-camera or audio interview, and launch-day coverage in the LCN newsletter and across LCN social channels. Shaw Authority authors additionally receive standing access to LCN coverage for future news in their field that aligns with the book. LCN's editorial standards are independent of TSCP. Coverage is editorial, not advertising. If LCN's editors do not think a story works, they will say so.
Wondering whether Shaw Authority is the right fit?
If you have the time and the willingness to draft your own manuscript, Authority Standard at GYD 700,000 delivers the same editorial standards, premium production, and La Caribeña News launch coverage without the ghostwriting component. If your book is a memoir or shorter nonfiction and the executive positioning is not the priority, Professional Launch at GYD 350,000 is the right tier.

This is the only TSCP tier where the Team Shaw Caribbean imprint sits on your book's spine. The contract is built to make that arrangement enforceable in your favor, not ours.
